Charleston cherub

I just love these images that I shot in Charleston. We were on a self guided garden tour. I took liberties to wander places that maybe were beyond the tour...I just had to have photos of this cherub that sat upon an fig ivy covered wall.....





I am going to use this image to paint on the wall behind that lovely window in my dining room. The room is not settled yet. When it is I will get out the paint brushes and add this cherub...

talk about over stepping your boundaries....this house had the worst looking door mat ever. I had my husband move it while I took the picture, let's just say it took some convincing to get him to walk up there and remove it......they will never know!
